Ingredients
- 30ml Common Gin
- 10ml Falernum
- 10ml Coconut Syrup
- 30ml Pineapple Juice
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 30ml Milk

Directions
- Add gin, falernum, coconut syrup, pineapple juice, lime juice and milk into air tight container and let curdle over the next hour
- Using fine strainer and coffee filter, slowly pour curdled mixture into filter
- This will take some time but be patient and continue pouring till mixture has strained and is completely clarified
- Pour cocktail into mixing glass and stir for 10 seconds with ice
- Pour cocktail into chilled rocks glass with a big cube of ice
- Garnish with lime leaf circle
