Gin Ya Colada

 

Ingredients

  • 30ml Common Gin
  • 10ml Falernum
  • 10ml Coconut Syrup
  • 30ml Pineapple Juice
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • 30ml Milk

GLASS TYPE: ROCKS


Directions 

  1. Add gin, falernum, coconut syrup, pineapple juice, lime juice and milk into air tight container and let curdle over the next hour
  2. Using fine strainer and coffee filter, slowly pour curdled mixture into filter
  3. This will take some time but be patient and continue pouring till mixture has strained and is completely clarified
  4. Pour cocktail into mixing glass and stir for 10 seconds with ice
  5. Pour cocktail into chilled rocks glass with a big cube of ice
  6. Garnish with lime leaf circle
