Step behind the scenes at our cellar door and take your place at the blending bench for a hands-on, creative session guided by our distillers. You’ll dive into the distillation process and see how botanicals layer and interact, before choosing your favourites from our curated selection to build a recipe that’s uniquely yours.
Nose, taste and refine your blend until it’s exactly how you like it. Then bottle it, label it and take home your very own bespoke 200ml creation.
Our gin masterclass takes place at Old Young's Distillery & Tasting Room in the Swan Valley and runs for 1.5 hours.
