- 15ml Verjus
- 1.5ml Raw Sugar Syrup Top With Bitter Lemon

Directions
- Add vodka, verjus and raw sugar syrup into shaker and shake for 10 seconds with ice
- Using hawthorne and fine strainer, pour cocktail into chilled rocks glass filled with ice
- Top with bitter lemon soda
- Garnish by expressing the oils from a lemon peel over the surface of the cocktail then twist lemon peel and place neatly in glass alongside a sprig of lemon thyme
