Ingredients

  • 50ml Pure No.1
  • 15ml Verjus
  • 1.5ml Raw Sugar Syrup Top With Bitter Lemon

GLASS TYPE:  ROCKS

 

Directions 

  1. Add vodka, verjus and raw sugar syrup into shaker and shake for 10 seconds with ice
  2. Using hawthorne and fine strainer, pour cocktail into chilled rocks glass filled with ice
  3. Top with bitter lemon soda
  4. Garnish by expressing the oils from a lemon peel over the surface of the cocktail then twist lemon peel and place neatly in glass alongside a sprig of lemon thyme
