Ingredients
- 20ml Common Gin
- 20ml Lillet Blanc
- 20ml Triple Sec
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 5ml Sugar Syrup
- 1 Drop Absinthe

Directions
- In a chilled coupette, add 1 drop of absinthe to coat the inside of the glass
- Add gin,lillet blanc, triple sec, lemon juice and sugar into shaker and shake for 10 seconds with ice
- Using hawthorne and fine strainer, pour cocktail into absinthe coated chilled coupette
- Garnish by expressing oils from lemon peel over the surface of cocktail then twist lemon peel and drop into glass
