Ingredients

  • 30ml Old B.A.G
  • 15ml Amarao Montenegro
  • 15ml Orgeat
  • 15ml Lemon Juice 
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • 5 Drops Cocktail Foamer (or 20ml Egg White)

GLASS TYPE: COUPETTE


Directions 

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker (including foamer or egg white).
  2. Dry shake (no ice) for 10–15 seconds to emulsify.
  3. Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
  4. Double strain into a chilled Coupette glass.
