Ingredients
- 30ml Old B.A.G
- 15ml Amarao Montenegro
- 15ml Orgeat
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 5 Drops Cocktail Foamer (or 20ml Egg White)

Directions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker (including foamer or egg white).
- Dry shake (no ice) for 10–15 seconds to emulsify.
- Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled Coupette glass.
