The East 8 Hold Up from Milk & Honey. The name comes from the London area (E8) where a bartender was muggings were common. Old Young's Pure No.1 Vodka mixed with pineapple and passion fruit makes a fruity and bittersweet drink.
Ingredients
- 45ml Pure No.1 Vodka
- 10ml Passionfruit Syrup
- 15ml Aperol 15ml Lime Juice
- 20ml Pineapple Juice
- 5ml Sugar Syrup

Directions
- Add vodka, passionfruit syrup, aperol, lime juice and pineapple juice into shaker and shake for 10 seconds with ice
- Using hawthorne strainer, pour cocktail into chilled rocks glass filled with lots of ice
- Garnish with mint sprig and orange wedge
