Ingredients
- 30ml Gingin Gin
- 30ml Bianco Vermouth
- 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
- Absinthe Spray

Directions
- In a chilled coupette, add 1 drop of absinthe to coat the inside of the glass
- Add gin, bianco vermouth and orange bitters in a mixing glass and stir for 10 seconds with ice
- Using hawthorne strainer, pour cocktail into absinthe coated chilled coupette
- Garnish by expressing oils from lemon peel over the surface of cocktail then twist lemon peel and drop into glass
