Possibly the origin of the now world famous martini. This version has a large measure of Gin married with sweet vermouth, maraschino and bitters.
Ingredients
- 30ml Six Seasons Gin
- 30ml Sweet Vermouth
- 10ml Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur 2
- Dashes Orange Bitters

Directions
- Add gin, sweet vermouth, maraschino liqueur and orange bitters into mixing glass and stir for 10 seconds with ice
- Using hawthorne strainer, pour cocktail into chilled coupette
- Garnish with maraschino cherry
