- 25ml 78 Degrees' Bitter Orange Aperitif

Directions
- Add gin, sweet vermouth and orange aperitif into mixing glass and stir for 10 seconds with ice
- Using hawthorne strainer, pour cocktail into chilled rocks glass filled with lots of ice
- Garnish by expressing oils from orange peel over the surface of cocktail then twist peel and drop into glass
