Basil Smash Rickey

Ingredients

  • 45ml Six Seasons
  • 20ml Sugar Syrup
  • 4 Lemon Wedges
  • 6 Basil Leaves
  • Top With Soda Water

GLASS TYPE:  HIGHBALL

 

Directions 

  1.  In a shaker, muddle lemon wedges, sugar syrup and basil leaves
  2. Add gin to shaker and shake for 10 seconds with ice
  3. Using hawthorne and fine strainer, strain cocktail into a highball filled with lots of ice and top with soda water
  4. Garnish with sprig of basil
