- 45ml Pavlova Vodka
- 1 Barspoons Lemon Curd
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 5ml Sugar Syrup

Directions
- Add vodka, lemon curd, lemon juice and sugar syrup to shaker and shake for 10 seconds with ice
- Using hawthorne and fine strainer, pour cocktail into chilled coupette
- Using a dry fine strainer, dust some freeze dried raspberry powder over the surface of the cocktail
