Ingredients
- 45ml Common Gin
- 30ml Lime Juice
- 20ml Sugar Syrup

Directions
- Add gin, lime juice and sugar syrup to shaker and shake for 10 seconds with ice
- Using hawthorne and fine strainer, pour cocktail into chilled coupette
- Garnish by expressing oils from lime peel over the surface of cocktail then twist peel and drop into glass
