Ingredients
- 30ml Pavlova vodka
- 15ml Dry vermouth
- 15ml Lime juice
- 15ml passionfruit syrup
- 60ml Prosecco

Directions
- Add vodka, dry vermouth, lime juice and passionfruit syrup into shaker and shake for 10 seconds with ice
- Using hawthorne and fine strainer, pour cocktail into chilled coupette
- Top with your favourite prosecco
- Garnish by expressing the oils of a lemon peel over the surface of your cocktail then twist lemon peel and drop into your glass
