Ingredients
- 35ml Smoked Vodka
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 15ml Umeshu Float

Directions
- Add vodka, lemon juice, sugar syrup into a shaker and shake for 10 seconds with ice
- Using a hawthorne and fine strainer, pour cocktail over ice in a chilled rocks glass
- Float some umeshu over the top of your cocktail
- Garnish by expressing the oils from a lemon peel over the surface of your cocktail then twist your lemon peel and place on top of your glass
